Chin Lee needs a hospital, three cottages, a barn and a better water supply which is urgently needed and which has been reported on heretofore. Tohatchi needs a hospital and three cottages; Lukai Chukai should be converted into a boarding school of 200 pupils. A hospital is needed at this place also. The Corn fields day school should have a windmill and tank for water supply. The Navajo School ods in great need for additional water for irrigation. This could be supplied by constructing a reservoir in Blue Canyon. If this reservoir could be con structed it would greatly increase the production of our garden and farm. With the increased capacity of the schools as indicated there is need of additional employees. Navajo School is in need of three teachers, assistant disciplinarian, and assist ant matron. Chin Lee needs one teacher, assistant seamstress, baker and assistant laundress. Tohatchi needs four teachers, assistant seamstress, assistant laundress, disciplinarian, baker and carpenter. These additional employees are absloutely necessary to carry on the school work satisfactory. There were no graduates for the year 1918. Pupils complete the sixth grade according to the course of study and are then transferred or sent home.
